Position Overview
The Cost Manager Manager’s role is to ensure that budget and contract of renovation project are properly done in feasibility stage.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Renovation team to prepare budget and detailed cost plan based on design concept, and design brief
Work closely with Quantity surveyor department to prepare the budget
Advising on the procurement strategy
Follow-up of value engineering to be done to achieve budget objective
Managing and negotiating with owner contract and agreements related to our Hotels renovation projects.
Clarify the technical legal issue with our legal council and check the various permissions of the building
Participating in the follow-up of external consultant performing technical due diligence to appraisal potential acquisition of new assets
Personal Specifications
You have at least 10 years experience in renown construction/developer/consultant company
Strong communication skills and ability to convince
Fluent in English.
