JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Production support
Support production with tests
Design and contact of fabrication of sorting fixtures
Monitor component scrap rate in production and take preventive/corrective actions if necessary
• New components
Maintain the components/molds as the owner
• Supplier Management
Coach suppliers for component’s technical requirements
Contact with supplier to solve component technical and quality issues
Source suppliers for lower price with higher quality for components
Make sure mold/tool spare parts quality and quantity for production safety
• Document Management
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years‘of technical experiences from a precision molding factory
• Minimum 3 year’s mold design experience(Plastic parts).Or knowledge of cutting and surface treatment(Metal parts).
• Knowledge of mold design and ejection and validation of mold(plastic parts).Or experience of new cutting lines validation(Metal parts)
• Experience from working with Lean/Six sigma technologies.
• Experience of working in international environment
• Experience of supplier management*(It will be an advantage if the customers of the products are automotive or pharmaceutical industry)
