Report to Consultant
Outgoing, driven and motivated Researchers who will work very closely with the Consultants to source candidates across industries via means of the company database, external job boards, headhunting and mapping exercises.
Requirements:
1. Prefer with 1 year working experience as a Researcher in a recruitment or research firm, however open to high calibers with 2-3 experiences from the related industries with Sales background.
2. Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, listening and reading.
3. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication skills and written skills.
5. Positive work attitude.
6. Outgoing, ambitious, creative, hardworking character. Motivated by high earning potential.

Job Purpose
-To achieve individual targets
-To increase company revenue
-To deliver desk business plan
-To develop and enhance company profile with customers and candidates
-To ensure desk speciality has a constant stream of placeable candidates and
jobs/assignments
-Assist in mentoring researchers
-To be an Ambassador for the company
-Main Duties and Responsibilities
-Win and complete contingent, exclusive and
retained job orders
-Arrange client visits to win retained business and build relationships
-Secure repeat business
-Developing successful client relationships to include being awarded preferred
supplier status
-Presentation of terms of business to clients
-Market sector information gathering
-Building search campaigns both retained and contingent
-Identify, target and qualify potential candidates
-Prepare and deliver effective head-hunting presentations
-Interviewing and presenting candidates
-Management of candidates through to offer and acceptance to include briefing,
