主要职责：
* 针对持续经营的餐厅，确保合同的执行，并协调餐厅与业主间权益约定产生变化、在合同中未载明部分或需更新的事项；
* 建立餐厅资产管理档案，了解餐厅全面开发、营业及财务、合同及相关法律状况, 提出资产优化建议，确保租赁合同的执行；
* 建立与业主良好的互动关系，解决资产变化管理方面的相关事宜（旧店改造、续约谈判、移店、关店等）；
* 及时收集商圈、物业、竞争变化等讯息，为开发策略的决定提供支持。
岗位要求：
*本科及以上学历，专业不限
* 至少五年以上工作经验，有市场开发、市场营销等工作经验者优先
* 较强的社会公关活动能力及逻辑思维能力，较强的沟通表达能力
* 工作细致扎实，能适应浙江省内频繁出差
